Vice President Human Resource-Performance Management & Human Capital Development
Kuala Lumpur – Jalan Raja Laut
Responsibilities:
• To compile, review and document every department and individuals KRA/KPI
• To develop a structured and automated performance management system in line to KRA/KPI’s
• To carry out performance appraisals twice a year
• To identify and document various competencies requirement within the organization
• To carry out various training and staff development programs in line to various competencies requirement
• To develop various talent management programs
Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree in any field from recognized and accredited institution
• Minimum 5 years experience at managerial level within the Human Resource Areas
• At least 3 years experience managing Performance Management System and Performance Appraisals
• Exposure to Training and Talent Development will be of added advantage
• Experience within a large service based organization will be of added advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of spoken and written English Language
