Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities:
* To handle all human resources duties, administration and to liaise with government sectors.
* To monitor the Payroll department and make sure operated as normal.
* To be a counselor for the staff & workers
* To planning the company HR policies
* Handling the recruitment of staff and worker.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): FLEXI PAYROLL SYSTEM, EXCEL, MICROSOFT WORDS.
• Required language(s): Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia & English
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Johor Bahru.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
