Junior Quantity Surveyor
Selangor
Responsibilities:
1. To assist in pre contracts and post contracts tasks which include preparation of tender submissions
2. To assist in project claims preparation and progress payments to sub-contractor
3. Maintain cost database and sub-contractor/suppliers database
4. To assist in costs estimates preparations
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Quantity Survey
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Computer literate and good working knowledge of AutoCad
• Able to do take off from construction design drawings
• Experience in pre and post contract duties in contract administration
• Comprehensive knowledge in budgeting, cost control, cost management and costs estimates
• Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Quantity surveying or equivalent
• Full-Time positions available
