Overview:
(This is only temporary position – 6 months)
Provides administrative support to the human resources function in the areas of HRIS/compensation/benefits, staffing/employment, employee relations, and/or organizational development (OD) and training. Maintains employee hardcopy files. Inputs employee personal data into human resources information/computer system (HRIS) database. Processes various forms related to documenting human resources activities such as new-hire, change-of-status, performance evaluations, benefits, terminations, etc. Conducts new-hire orientations. May prepare special reports using HRIS. Provides information to employees on matters pertaining to their personal employee information.

HR Assistant
Selangor – Kelana Jaya

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR department, while the HR Team is away for SAP project.
• Responsible for general administrative support such as preparing forms, reports, processing confidential information and reports.
• To provide consultation on HR matters as and when required.
• To attend to employee relation matters such as grievances, resolving problems, disciplinary, advise on Employment Act.
• Responsible for recruitment and hiring process.
• Responsible for Training coordinations.
• Responsible for Payroll process.

Requirements:
• 2 – 3 years Human Resource generalist experience.
• Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management.
