Project Development Executive/ Manager
Selangor – IOI Boulevard, Puchong
Responsibilities:
• Undertake planning scheduling studies (analysis) including identification of potential and delay activities and impacts of critical components of the project
• Provide information and feedback on construction productivity, outputs, resourcing, durations and sequencing of future planning applications
• Ensure timely approval of plans / CF by authorities, on time production of drawings for authority submission, tender and construction
• Manage pre-contract activities involving tender documents
• Manage and monitor project implementation as per approved plan & budget whilst ensuring quality and timely completion
• Prepare checklist, project progress report and other required reports on timely manner
• Coordinate and control all the architectural works on site
• Contract administration and site implementation
• Prepare development plan, conduct feasibility studies and market search
• Undertake special assignment, ad-hoc functions, analysis and related duties as and when necessary
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess recognized degree in Civil / Structural Engineering and registered with BEM
• Minimum 8 year(s) of related working experience in property developer’s company
• Able to liaise with authorities, consultants, contractors and suppliers effectively
• Familiar with market rates
• Possess analytical, excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Possess high integrity, strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (speak & write)
