We are now seeking dynamic and highly motivated individual to join us in the following position:
Assistant Manager, Group Talent & Recruitment – Attraction & Marketing
(Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities:
• Group contract holder for Job-street service
• Custodian of Lion Group career portal, ensuring its contents and presentation contribute to enhancing the Group’s branding and presence in the employment market
• Build good working relationships with targeted universities and colleges
• Identify and coordinates key recruitment attraction activities involving Operating Companies – Job career fairs, campus activities in Universities/Colleges
• Explore and develop new media to enhance recruitment performance e.g. social networking – Facebook, Twitter, Linked-in, etc
• Track and report the effectiveness/ ROI of recruitment events
• Act as focal point for external recruitment service providers – Executive Search, BPO, contract service provider.
• Support special Project Recruitment
• Member of the TalentNet. Maintain close interfaces with Operating Company recruitment focal points
• Maintain Group recruitment budget and ensure that costs are allocated to the Operating Companies
• Coordinator for ‘Lunch & Learn’ and other social activities for HQ
• Participate in HR Network (other than Talent) as part of development
Requirements:
• Posses at least Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
• Min 5 years experience in related field
• Good planning, organizing, and presentation skills
• Creative, resourceful, and able to work independently
• Posses a dynamic personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
