Assembly Engineer
Johor – Nusajaya

Responsibilities:
• Interact with assemblers to understand and improve the work condition and efficiency of the crew.
• Interface with Production Inventory Control, Project Team and relevant functional group to resolve technical problems and ensure that work progresses are not held up.
• Formulate & implement work instructions, work documentation system and training programs.
• Review and ensure safe execution of assembly and testing procedures.
• Review & design Assembly & Test equipment, & test fixtures to facilitate the work processes.
• Develop or bring in new technologies as well as process improvements.
• Manage workshop set-up and machine tools during the process / project development stage.
• Lead and supervise team leaders in the department or project.

Requirements:
• At least a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering or related Engineering Degree.
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience with high interaction and supervision of people in oilfield equipment testing, installation and / or manufacturing.
• Fresh graduate with strong interest are also encourage to apply.
• Candidate with knowledge in subsea oilfield equipment will be preferred.
• Those with prior experience in Assembly Engineering or Product Design of oil & gas equipment will be preferred.
• Those who display strong public speaking, coordination and leadership abilities will be ideal for this job.
• Must have inclination to formulate procedures, documentation and training programs.
