Lead Plant Arrangement Engineer
(Power & Renewable Energy Projects)
Selangor

Responsibilities:
Reporting to Project Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of Design Engineers and Draftsman to manage and prepare plant arrangement, engineering design, 3D modelling and drafting services for respective disciplines.

You will manage designers and train draftsman to read and understand technical sketches/drawings, to identify and implement good engineering practices and procedures, to setup, manage drawing and drafting standards, to forecast and manage drafting equipment, consumables operating costs and to ensure drawings meet the International Codes, Standards and Specifications.

Requirements:
You would have a minimum Diploma in Engineering or its equivalent and minimum 10 years of design engineering/drafting experience in all phases of conceptual, FEED and detailed design, and practical experience in Power Plant, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Building Services and related industries

You would be competent in use of PMDS software (AVEVA), AUTOCAD and good knowledge in Local and International Engineering Standards, Codes and Regulations.

You would have good communication skill, ability to work independently and high level of initiative. You are mobile and willing to be stationed overseas when required
