Digital Strategist
Kuala Lumpur
Responsibilities:
The candidate should be an analytical, committed, and result-oriented individual to drive and manage the online marketing strategies, implementation and follow-through the projects including on-going analysis of the online landscape
• Manage and implement Reebonz social media strategy for Malaysia market and multiple platforms, aimed to build strong presence, grow sales and to increase members
• Plan and implement SEO/SEM initiatives
• Manage any creative development and production for the social media properties
• Manage the social networking output across all social channels, liaising with internal teams and external agencies
• Keep Reebonz’s social media properties engaging with updated and original content
• End-to-end campaign management; from creative development, tech development through to post campaign analysis to ensure ROI is maximised (work with external agency whenever necessary)
• Keep track of all activity happening on each of our social media channels
• Research and implement social media opportunities and new platforms
• Provide ongoing analysis, key insights and recommendations to optimise performance of existing social media properties
• Maintaining Reebonz’s competitive edge by delivering innovative social media initiatives and solutions including on-going research and monitoring of direct competitors
• Identify new social media avenues to increase traffic, sales and new customers
Requirements:
• Must have experience in online marketing and online/offline media planning and buying
• Must be detail-oriented, deadline driven and able to multi-task with solid organizational and time-management skills
• Strong negotiation skills and analytical mind
• Ability to deal with multiple tasks / projects and work independently under pressure and able to meet tight deadline is necessary
• Outgoing, proactive, fast-learning, independent and innovative
• Have great interest in luxury products and fashion
• Fluent in English, Chinese and Malay are an added advantage in order to liaise with Chinese and Malay speaking associates
• May require to work on weekends ( if necessary)
