Sabah Regional Manager
Sabah – Kota Kinabalu
Responsibilities:
• Good understanding of each department standard operation procedures and manage branch operation in compliance with it.
• Accountable for overall branch operation and administration matter.
• To strategize, implement and carry out action plans accordingly.
• To ensure branch budgets are achieved and to be profit oriented.
• To control and justify all expenses at branch and practice austerity measures to reduce on overhead cost.
• To ensure branch achieve excellent Customer Service Standard.
• Monitor, maintain and improve service quality levels.
• Establish and implement policies and procedures that will improve service and quality.
• Marketing and cross sell for overall products i.e. Personal Financing, Insurance Products, Credit Card, and other easy payment scheme offered by the company.
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in any relevant discipline
• At least 8 years experience in related field, preferably from banking/financial institution sales background
• Good past sales achievement
• Preferably someone from the similar background i.e. managing a team of sales staff force
• Proven track record in developing and coaching high performance sales and service teams
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Has initiative, positive thinking, enthusiastic and analytic
• Willing to travel within Sabah region territory (Kota Kinabalu and Sandakan)
