We are searching for experienced or potential Client Services Specialists to join our growing sales team for major online publishers in the world!
Responsibilities:
• Rapidly acquire a thorough understanding of INNITY’s offerings, reporting analysis, competitive advantages, resources and processes and articulate them persuasively to prospects and customers.
• Provide in-office sales support to outside sales reps, including generating campaign reports for clients, data entry into CRM system, conducting research on prospects and customers relevant to the Sales Manager’s sales efforts, developing presentations, internal follow up on publisher mock ups, pre-qualifying leads, and responding to client inquires in the rep’s absence.
• Establish and maintain relationships with media agencies, creative agencies and with clients in the Sales Manager’s territory.
• Insure the highest levels of customer satisfaction through rapid responses to customer inquiries and by occasionally overseeing implementation and account management as necessary.
• Work on special projects of strategic importance at the direction of management.
• Initiate, plan, execute, as well as monitor and maintain quality of projects throughout a given timeline to ensure project objectives are achieved as per the agreed requirements.

Experience and Skills:
Qualified team members will possess:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, or Post Graduate Diploma in Computing & I.T., Business Studies, Mass Communications, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
• Preferably Fresh Graduate or Junior Executive specializing in Advertising Client Servicing/Media Planning or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge in Computing & I.T. and Project Management will be a great added advantage.
• Fluency in English language; strong written and verbal communications.
• Qualified individuals will have excellent computer skills including experience using email, the web, and Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.
• Numerically inclined
• Possess an analytical mind and have good problem solving skills.
• High level knowledge and understanding of internet as a medium.
• Strong passion for constantly learning something new and exciting.
