Ad Operations Executive

Responsibilities:
The Ad Operations Executive is responsible for the implementation and delivery of campaigns sold by our Sales team. The Ad Operations Executive is to ensure timely delivery for campaigns in terms of clicks/impressions and within budget and timelines.
The desired candidate is meticulous, detail oriented, and ability to multitask and prioritise. In addition, the candidate must possess administrative, inter-personal skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Success will be measured by the candidate’s ability to coordinate with Sales team to ensure smooth progression of campaigns and ultimately the success of deliverable against its financial and non-financial goals.
• Responsible for setup, monitor, and optimization of ad campaigns.
• Frequent liaison with Sales team for creative.
• Daily liaison with Sales team to ensure smooth progression of ad campaigns and feedback to Sales team on campaign performance.
• Provide timely assistance to Sales team for all Ad Operations-related issues
• Compile post campaign reports.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in Advertising/Media/Mass Communications or equivalent.
• 1+ year of working experience in the related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and with strong mathematical ability.
• Able to work independently and within a cross functional team environment with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates with passion for digital media are encouraged to apply.
