Responsibilities:
Works directly with developers, merchant and internal teams on post integration
issues to provide technical support, consulting and best practices.
Installation and configuration of payment APIs, and commerce products.
Conducts test scenarios for technical issues with code, software, hardware,
devices and endpoints.
Works with various vendors to isolate and resolve hardwaresoftware issues.
Supports on-boarding of merchants with a payment processing solution.
Requirements:
Mandatory experience on HTML, Shopping Carts, eCommerce
Advance proficiency in either PHP/Java/.NET/VB and basic understanding in one
or more of the remaining languages
Basic proficiency in Web Service, LINUX/UNIX, SQL and XML
2 or more years technical support or equivalent working experiences, better
related with ecommerce industry
Multi-task/project handled experience
Willing to learn, self-learner and positive attitude
Fluent written & spoken English is an absolute must, and good written &
spoken Mandarin / Cantonese / Thai / Malay, etc is a plus.
Fresh graduates with 1 year internship is welcome to apply.
