leading provider of Offshore Support Vessels, Crewboats, Tugs and Barges.

Asia, the Middle East and Australia through its operations and subsidiaries.

Due to expansion, we have an immediate opening for
the following position:

SUPERINTENDENT
– TECHNICAL (MIRI)

Job Descriptions:

Able to
travel overseas on short notice, attend to vessel repairs, dry docking and
surveys
Able to
prepare docking specifications, docking budgets, control docking and
repair cost effectively, final preparation of the docking cost summary and
report.
Ensure
vessels operate with minimum down-time and maximum utilization
Able to
liaise with clients/charterers and class surveyors on technical and
operational matters
Able to
manage, organize surveys for vessels under his charge and attendance
Able to
schedule and supervise preventive maintenance/ repairs for vessel
Able to
take delivery of new vessels. Review and ensure engineering
designs/drawings, technical specification and documentation are met.
Commissioning of vessel equipment and sea trial.
Reviewing
– engine and deck log, preparation of log review, F.O & LO consumption
monitoring, monitoring of in house Poseidon [PMS program]
Able to
do fault finding and analysis of engines/machineries defect and repair.

Job Requirements:

Engineering
Degree, Holder of Chief Engineer Ticket or equivalent
At least
3 years in the Marine Industry
Familiar
with Teledata type system an advantage
