Sales
Engineer (3 positions) RM 2300 – RM 4300

• Lead and expand the sales &
  marketing force for the Broadcast Engineering division in partnership with
  Village Island Tokyo and Village Island Asia
• Manage and extend sales opportunities to existing customers
• Identify and selling to new customers to meet and exceed stated
  sales goals
• Continually probe client and prospects needs
• Formulate and implement sales & marketing strategy
• Liaising with international technical directors to render technical
  support to customers
• Regular visits to customers to maintain positive working
  relationships
• Maintain customer sales database and tracking sales trends by
  account level
• Perform on going market assessment and competitor analysis
• Pricing & profit management- ensuring minimal products price
  erosion & healthy profit margin
• Prepare monthly sales forecast
• Perform product presentations,
  demonstrations and prepare technical proposals

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical
  & Electronics Engineering or Communications Electronics Engineering or
  equivalent.
• Preferably 1-2 years’ experience in
  relevant industry. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with good communication
  skills.
• Team player with a
  positive attitude and willing to work independently.
• Possess own transport and
  willing to travel frequently within Malaysia & Singapore.
• Applicants should be
  Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
