Customer Success Specialist
Responsibilities
include:

- Building and managing strong
customer relationships - Perform on-site installation
as well as remote installation. This position will also serve as a first
level support. - Maintain the project plan and
update information for the team during the implementation process. - Determining the right course
of action or escalation path for customer requests/issues
Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum 2 or more years in
hotel operations / hospitality industry - Minimum Advance Diploma or
other relevant field - Dedicated and passionate
about customer satisfaction and success - Excellent communication
skills with proven ability to ‘listen’ and empathize with the customer - Technical skills:
Demonstrated understanding of one or more of the following:
ü Windows Networks, Citrix,
Terminal Services Windows Server O/S, Internet technologies, SQL Server,
Interbase

- Ability to communicate
technical details to a non-technical audience - Self-starter, self-directed
