Key Tasks
- Manage
integrated social media campaigns and identify opportunities for increased
social interaction. - Develop
social strategy and create Editorial Calendars and research new
techniques, platforms and trends. - Plan
events, marketing campaigns and presentations. - Provide
information by collecting data, analyzing and summarizing data and trends.
- Develop
marketing and promotional materials. - Implementing
marketing strategies and communication plans.
-Identifying and engaging potential donors and partners to raise awareness
about our projects
- Managing
integrated social media campaigns to enhance SOLS Tech’s online presence. - Establishing
and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders, donors,
government bodies and foundations. - Communicating
externally with key stakeholders and internally within the SOLS 24/7
network of community centers and underprivileged organizations.
-Liaising and networking with existing partners, institutions and
corporations.
-Sharing and
collecting of information within SOLS 24/7 departments in Kuala Lumpur as well
as Community Education Centres across Malaysia.
-Collaborating with
other departments in SOLS 24/7 in regards to communication, outreach, marketing
and public relations.
- Develop
nationwide presence and impact
-Provide donors with inspiring material for their newsletters and CSR
initiatives.
-To identify,
network and engage new communities that would benefit from technology solutions
for the poor.
- Work
closely with the Communications Department to develop existing programs
and launch new projects. - Developing
a network of partners and supporters. - Designing
and implementing outreach and marketing activities, campaigns, and
strategies to promote SOLS Tech programs. - Create
and maintain relationships with grassroots projects and underprivileged
communities across Malaysia. - Daily
marketing and communications activities:
-Collecting stories, photographs and feedback from students, local
communities and NGOs.
-Creating engaging
media content for the website, social media and other communication channels
Requirements
- Highly
skilled in using social media in a professional capacity. - Experience
from a managing role. - Preferably
possess degree related to the position - Ability
to manage multiple projects and have the heart to serve the poor
communities. - Passionate
about marketing and strategy. - Good
English proficiency (written and verbal).
