Description
Responsibilities:
• Report to Sales Manager.
• Manage and build relationships with existing customers.
• Source for new customers.
• Collect and provide market feedback from customers and competitors.
• Attend to customers complaints and provide problem solving.
• Ensure prompt collection of payment from customers.
• Provide guidance & support to distributors & wholesalers.
• Liaise closely with distributors & wholesalers to maximize coverage &
distribution in both upper & lower trade.
• Oversee sales operations & recommend improvements to overall sales
objectives.
Territory covered: Partial Klang Valley (eg, cheras, Puchong) & outstation
(eg, Pahang, Kedah)
• Diploma / degree in any field
• Minimum 1 year relevant hands on experience in a similar capacity, in the
FMCG / healthcare / food industry.
• Good command of English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia (both verbal &
written).
