Located in the heart of the Melbourne CBD, we currently have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Graduate Drafter seeking the next step in their career to join the Water Business Group.
In this role you will have the opportunity to develop your technical and personal skills through participation in “on the job” and formal development opportunities in all aspects of design drafting and documentation.
Primary responsibilities:
• Assist in the preparation of CAD drawings
• Assist senior staff with technical tasks
• Anticipate client needs and respond to requests in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate drawings and where applicable calculations
• Perform tasks to required standards while observing budgets
• Maintain a high quality of all drawings produced
To be considered for this opportunity you will hold an Advanced Diploma of Civil Engineering or equivalent and have strong technical capability. You will also be able to demonstrate
effective team work ability and good communication skills along with the aptitude to meet challenging deadlines and a keenness to learn new skills.
