Job Description
The INCUMBENT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR : –
(i) Personally receiving of goods into the store, checking the quantity, quality, price of the goods received and issuing of the GRNs.
(ii) Receiving good requisition from user departments checking and issuing the goods on the Goods Issue Note.
(iii) Receiving diesel into the storage tanks after verifying the quantity received.
(iv) Daily stock control and accounting of the spare parts, tyres and fuel stores with its proper physical rectifications from time to time.
(v) Personally supervising regular stock taking, writing of bin cards and stock control ledgers and reconciling physical stock with book stock.
(vi) Establishing the minimum order quantity for all store items including diesel.
(vii) Issuing purchase order (LPO), follow up orders with vendors to assure timely delivery ordered items.
(viii) Preparation and presentation of daily, monthly, yearly stores report and as and when required.
SALARY DETAILS:
Position offers salary in the range of US$ 700 TO US$ 800 pm (negotiable) plus local allowance in the form of some Tanzanian Shillings per month for comfortable living. Apart from this they provide accommodation, car, medical & leave with passage
