Job Title: Quality Controller
REPORT TO: Plant Manager
Country: Tanzania
Job Description (Duties):
The Quality Controller is the custodian of the standard operating procedures in the treatment plant.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Checking and keeping all documentation for ISO management.
Regular internal audits and remedial instructions.
XRF measurement management and record keeping.
Monitoring of all measurement equipment, all log sheets, chemical penetration and usage of all resources at the plant.
Supervising and training small teams in the plant on an ad-hoc basis.
Necessary Qualifications:
Computer literate and working knowledge in a quality control environment.
Ability to implement and maintain an ISO compliant management control system.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to write English reports for management and external review
Proven ability to plan, organize and monitor data-keeping systems.
Assertiveness to manage and monitor any remedial action.
