What we are looking for:-
We are in the process of strengthening our Human Capital team and we would like to recruit an ambitious, highly motivated and dynamic Tanzanian national, to fill the role of a Human Capital Assistant.
The Human Capital Assistant responsibilities include:-
Be part of the Human Capital team in delivering the Human Capital strategy and the PwC People Experience
Monitoring and update of feedback, development systems & other relevant staff records.
Assist in the assessment of training needs and capacity building requirements.
Assist in conducting staff related surveys.
Providing logistics support for HC coordinated staff events and training programmes.
Providing support & handling logistics for the recruitment process.
Assist in Learning and Development (L&D) activities for the firm
Provide support in employment legislation matters, policy issues and learning and development
Assist in preparation of HR reports regularly as and when required for the business
The successful candidate will be required to have the following demonstrable skills and competencies
Degree in Social Sciences
Interest in growing a career in HR
Proactive and efficient communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
The ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision and demonstrate discretion with common sense in discharging assigned responsibilities.
