Development of new SHADE.

Improvement in Product.
Overseeing production & Quality of all kinds of Liquid Paints, Cement Paints & Constuction Chemicals. Like as Decorative, Glaze, Multicolor, texture, Wall Putty, primer, Acrylic Emulsion and all types of paint.
Planning and streamlining the Production activities on daily basis.
Handling, planning inventory for raw materials ensuring sufficient stock.
Ensuring optimum machine utilization and structuring operation planning as per market demands.
Establishing process and procedures for standardization of production activities.
Identifying and eliminating wastage with effective waste management.
