Position Description:
Job summary:
The post holder will have dual reporting lines with strong line to Country Finance Manager and dotted line to
Program Unit Manager. The post holder will be required to provide timely and reliable financial information
and analysis that leads to effective decision making to facilitate timely delivery of the PU operational plan. Manage general ledger accounting system and reconciliation of GL to PPM reports as well as monitoring of budget versus expenditure, generate and manage administration POS. S/he will review purchase requisitions orders and payment packages for budget availability and correct coding. Will be responsible for verification of direct benefits distribution to communities and Project support visit and reports.
Knowledge
A degree in Accounting or its equivalent
CPA and 2 -3 years working experience in Non profit organisation will be an added advantage

Proficient in computer skills and use of relevant accounting packages Ability to work under multidisciplinary and multicultural environment Team player, honest, integrity and work with minimum supervision Proficient in computer skills and use of relevant accounting packages
