Requirements:
A masters degree or its equivalent in Telecommunications or Business Administration and a proven ability to undertake research work demonstrated by possession of at least three articles published in peer reviewed journals
A minimum of 5 years experience in training, consultancy and research operations
Good interpersonal, leadership and communications skills
A good command of English language
Good command of Portuguese language

Period of engagement is three years fixed contract renewable on good performance
