1. Must have experience of 5 – 10 yrs in Cosmetics & Personal care Products in any leading cosmetics industry –
2. Responsibilities include manufacturing of all skin care & hair care products, shaving cream, body creams and lotions, colour cosmetics.
3. Any experience in storage Tank Calibration, Execution of Oil pipe line works.
4. Any experience in contra rotatary/Semi contra rotatary reactors and Pilot plants.
5. Energy balance and chemical engineering calculations, Equipment size and specifications, Preparation of Mechanical Data Sheet for all Process Equipments.
6. Knowledge in handling and Execution, Formulation of New product development.
7. Production Planning, Raw materials planning, –
8. FDA approval in manufacturing of cosmetics
9. Responsible for maintaining of all documents like Batch Production Records, Batch process Records & sanitization records – hygiene, safety, health & environment. –
10. Training of manufacturing processes to mfg.,operators.
11. Any experience in microbs testing on cosmetics
12. Co-coordinating with marketing team for developing various new products and setting up the manufacturing facility for the new products.
13. responsibilities of inspection, testing, sampling and some r&d
14. Analysis of competitor’s products and their comparison with products of the company. This involves the study of physic-chemical characteristics, shelf life studies, product performance studies and recommendations based on the results to the decision making authorities at the profit centre.
15. Organizing preparation of samples for market research test trials based on the formulations finalized in the laboratory and technical analysis of the findings from the market research test.
16. Vendor development for various raw materials packaging materials, equipments for processing and packing, instruments for analytical work and recommending the purchase based on the information generated from the above studies.
17. Analysis of all ingredients going in the formulations to check whether they meet the desired specifications which are decided based on the national and international standards as well as on specific end user requirements.
18. Assessing the analysis of finished products as per quality requirements prescribed in the specs, using the international analytical procedures.
19. Planning the production based on marketing / sales plans and deploying the work force to execute the same as per schedule.
20. Continuous improvement with the cost reduction without compromising on quality of products.
