Foot 2
Afrika-Tanzania, a non-profit organization in Moshi, Tanzania requires the
services of a qualified and passionate volunteer coordinator. This person will
be in charge of the daily operations of the organisation, managing the
volunteer house, and staff supervision.

Duties:

• Managing
  bookings and volunteer correspondences online
• Volunteer
  orientation
• Service
  project coordination
• Development
  of new service projects
• Writing
  and publishing the monthly newsletter
• Managing
  financial and other affairs in the volunteer house
• Managing
  the Foot2Africa volunteer reports and Facebook page
• Arrange
  and lead agenda for the weekly house meetings

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors
   or university degree
2. Must be
   fluent in English language
3. Excellent
   written and oral communication
4. Strong
   computer skills
5. Must be
   able to work independently with minimum supervision
6. Must be
   social, outgoing, and a team leader
7. Must be
   at least 22 years of age
8. Candidates
   with international and/or development experience preferred
9. Must be
   committed to living at the volunteer house for at least one year
