Youth Challenge International (YCI) is a leading youth development organization
that has programs in East and West Africa, and South and Central America. Our
programs focus on three integrated sectors supporting youth livelihoods, youth
health, and youth leadership. YCI works with local partners and youth as well
as volunteers to implement local programs.

in other locations in 2013. In collaboration with local partners, YCI will be

The Senior Program Manager, Livelihoods (SPML) will
be responsible for the overall design and management of programs and
partnerships focusing on livelihoods and youth development across all YCI sites
in Tanzania. The SPML will manage local and international volunteers, lead
program design, partnership development, and add technical expertise to the YCI

Background and Qualifications:
5+ years
technical expertise in private sector / livelihoods development programs with
youth;
