for the General Manager who shall be responsible for the
co-ordination and the strategic input and support of the business unit in
(country) as well as new markets that will form an integral part of the future
portfolio of the Organization.

strategies with the aim of capitalizing on the weaknesses of the

b.Must ensure the stability of the established
business units through weekly conference calls and monthly country
evaluations.

c.Co-ordinate and ensure growth of the business
units by bringing in new business (clients) and/or increasing current
client spend through innovations.

d.Shall implement training and processes to

g.Must have 6 years’ experience in a leadership
