Job Title: Sales Executives
Location : DAR ES SALAAM
Reports to : SALES MANAGER

GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
• As the main focus to develop Air Freight, Ocean Freight and CDZ products
for DGF Tanzania with a growth rate as specified in the sales target.
• Develop and maintain strong existing Customer relations and loyalty
through ensuring Customer satisfaction.
• Highlights to Country Sales Manager on observations of market dynamics
for example competitors’ behavioural patterns.
• To manage a defined portfolio of potential Customer and win them for a
lasting business relationship with DGF Tanzania.
• Responsible for establishing customer profiles and Customer needs.
• To ensure all Customer enquiries and complaints are properly handled
and resolved timely.
• Develop target list of new business and continuously reviewing and
updating the list.
• Establish and present customized offers to customers.
• Negotiate with customers on contractual terms of service provision that is
aligned to corporate sales policy and procedures.
• Adhere to approved credit terms and limits granted to customers and
enforce agreed payment terms as per the credit agreement.
• Responsible for product targets, responsible for budget growth in new and
additional business and to perform roles and responsibilities in compliance
with company policies, procedures and instructions.
• To support other co-relating departments i.e Operations and finance.
• To ensure Customer commitments and requirements are clearly
communicated to the Operations department – clear business set up
process.
