in the hotel.
Position: Sales & Marketing Manager
Key Duties & Responsibilities
. To manage the total sales efforts within the hotel and the
area sales office to generate pro-actively revenue
. To process and administer customer orders
. To respond to customers complaints or/and problems
. To review and positioning the company and adverts.
. To advise customers on preparation, usage and handling of
company’s products/goods.
. To analyse sales and distribute operations
. To compile sales data and prepare sales data.
. To find/research domestic and regional markets
. To develop a database of potential customers and
maintaining relationship with them.
