Position Description:
The purpose of this program is to equip young graduates professionals with
necessary skills needed for excellent performance in various roles within Tourism
Industry. While learning, participants are expected to adequately perform in
various assignments given to them. Upon successful graduation, participants are
expected to be placed on permanent roles. The program will run over six months,
with continuous assessment throughout the period, participants will be assigned
tasks, attend training and evaluated on continuous basis.
Requirements:
Interested candidates must meet the below requirements
Be a recent graduate, (2011 or 2012), at degree level, preferably in Tourism
And Cultural Heritage.
Must have at least with a minimum GPA of 3.3 from a recognized university
Demonstrate excellent communication skills in English
Demonstrate willingness, agility and commitment to learn and succeed
Working knowledge of Ms Office packages
