Factory Engineer
We
are looking for a suitable candidate to fill in the vaccant position of a
factory engineer with good combined knowledge of mechanical, electrical &
electronics engineering.

Duty Roles:
·
Establish standards
and policies for the operation procedures, inspection and maintenance of
equipment and machinery in accordance to the engineering principles and health
and safety regulations guided by the United Republic of Tanzania law – The
Occupational Health and Safety Acts Supplement No. 4 of 2003.

basis the start-up of all machinery and equipment scheduled for use by the
production controllers.

and equipment as per maintenance schedule approved by management.

mounting of the mould ON and OFF the injection machine and ensure safe upkeep
of the moulds on its designated place when not in use.

analysis of energy consumption and advise management about the appropriate cost

Qualifications:
University degree
in mechanical engineering, electrical & electronics engineering and plastic
engineering. Post graduate certificates in any of the related field will be of
an added advantage.
10 years experience
in practical engineering, of which 5 years must be in management level.
Knowledge of ISO
accreditation, OH&S and process improvement practices will be of added
advantage.
Good communication
skills and be driven by achieving excellence in production efficiencies.
Having excellent
managerial, organizational and analytical skills.
