Job Title: Technical Manager – Socio Economic Data
The Tanzania Technical Manager (Socioeconomic Data) is responsible for
overseeing the technical implementation and logistics for gathering
socioeconomic and household metrics for Vital Signs within Tanzania. This is a
key position for Vital Signs work in Tanzania and contributes towards the
national, regional and international metrics being developed as part of this
project.
The Tanzania Technical Manager (Socioeconomic Data) will need to hold an MSc in
an appropriate field (anthropology, social sciences, economics, development,
agronomy) and have at least 2 years experience in managing and coordinating
fieldwork in agriculture, conservation or socio-economic development projects.
