Position Description:
Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of regulations governing procurement, storage and
distribution of stocks.
Reviews policies pertaining to materials management
Reconcile all stores records with those of accounts for audit
Carries out inspection and advice on disposal of absolute or condemnable and

Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor degree or Advanced Diploma and Certificate Supplies Professional (CSP)
or any other qualification from recognized institution.
Must be registered with NBMM as an authorized supplies Officer with at least
three (3) years of working experience after CSP.
Must be computer literate.
Remuneration
Remuneration will be according to the Institution salary scale PGSS- 12.
