Credit Supervisor
Reporting to the Credit Manager of The Guardian Limited:
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
To recommend the credit approvals for the customers within the policy
guidelines.
Responsible to collect the overdue collection from the customer in a timely
manner:
Leading and motivating the team Of Freelancers in order to achieve the
collection targets fixed by the Company.
To manage relationship with the clients, freelancers and collection agencies in
order to increase the collection targets and to reduce the outstanding.
Making regular follow up with the customer in order to ensure the payment is
collected on time without any delay,
To make recommendations to the Credit Manager about fixing the Credit Limit to
the customers according to their credit worthiness.
To ensure strict and continuous follow-up of the customer outstanding portfolio
by checking the daily updated outstanding list.
Preparation of Reports on the Collection performance of the free lancers under
his/her in regular intervals.
Sending of necessary communications to the customers in order. to get their
balance confirmation on regular intervals.
Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time,
Qualification and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Business studies and experience in credit scoring systems
preferably. 5 years experience in Credit section with a reputable organization,
Be willing to travel to customers’ site on regular basis.

Excellent IT skills particularly in Excel and word processing and management.
Excellent communication skills, listening, persuasive and work ethics.
Good at time management; flexible and agile,
