Requirements;
• Bachelor’s degree or post-degree in business administration, finance,
commerce, accounting or economics.
• Internships and/or first professional experience in an audit firm, or as an
employee of a
• financial institution in the area of auditing, risk management or internal
control
• A previous professional experience in a microfinance institution is a plus
• Solid organizational and strong analytical skills
• Ability to be rigorous, to work autonomously and with impartiality
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written in
order to collaborate
• effectively with the audited departments and general management
• Proficient with Microsoft office environment
