Key responsibilities
- Facilitate community activity planning in
order to identify and address key issues preventing or promoting taking
children with fever to a health facility within 24 hrs of onset. - Empower communities to take initiatives in the
improvement of the health of children under five year of age - Take the lead in the dissemination of
knowledge on community improvement on diagnosis and management of fever in
children under-five years of age

Knowledge
The incumbent must have proficient knowledge in
community planning and development theories and practices; community health
program implementation, and an understanding of relevant community training and
mobilization guidelines in Tanzania
