Examinations Officer Job Vacancy in Scotland

The Academic Registry is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, committed and adaptable Examinations Officer. This challenging post will be responsible for the preparation of examination timetables, the organisation of examination venues, the management of invigilators, problem solving during the examination diets, the oversight of examinations for students requiring examination adjustments and the management of the return and recording of results. The post requires someone with excellent good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff and students across the University. The post will also involve the operation, maintenance and development of the software used for examination arrangements therefore good IT skills are also required.
