Accountabilities:
• Delivery and implementation of strategy, budget and profitability
• Manage and lead a team of Underwriters, managing caseloads and ensuring that staff have the required skills and knowledge to meet business needs
• Manage and develop relationships with broker panel
To be considered for this role you will currently be working in a Senior Underwriting capacity with excellent market knowledge of the property market. You will have experience in managing a team of underwriters and able to lead, motivate and guide. You will have excellent relationships within the broker market and have first class development skills.
