QUALIFICATIONS:
The following are the minimum qualifications for appointment to the TSN Board:
Should be a graduate
(at least first degree or equivalent) from a recognized University in one of
the following fields of study: Media, Accounts (CPA), Economics, Law or Human
Resource Management.
Have at least 5 years working experience in at least one of the said fields
above.
Should satisfy the Nomination Committee that
he/she is unlikely to have a
conflict of interest with the roles of the Board;
Be willing to serve as Chairperson or member to the Board.
