Qualifications:
Essential:
1. Post-Graduate Degree in Hindi Literature from a recognised university.
2. Should be a person of proven literacy ability.
3. Good knowledge of one or more Indian languages other than Hindi.
Desirable:
1. Research/Doctoral Degree in Hindi literature.
2. Degree/Diploma in journalism.
