Job Duties & Objectives:
• Assist with identification of potential new providers and new product streams.
• Manage & develop relationships with key individuals in both current & potential client organisations.
• Deal with client enquiries in an efficient and effective manner in order to secure contracts.
• Handle documentation & translations duties in both English & Italian.
• Work proactively across internal teams ranging from telesales to marketing & administration.
• Maintain and update the client database & relevant information.
• Support account managers with new campaigns.
• Work closely with other members of the Account Management team to ensure that a co-ordinated and consistent approach is used with the client networks.
Requirements:
• Fluency in the Italian language both written & spoken is essential.
• Fluency in English in both written & spoken is essential.
• 3 to 5 years experience in a customer/client facing role in a multinational environment.
• Experience in the leisure/hospitality industry would be of benefit.
• Excellent telephone skills.
• Strong organisational, analytical and IT skills.
• Team player.
• Ability to develop beneficial relationships across all areas of the business.
• Self starter with initiative and drive.
• Innovative within the role.
