Our client, a reputable organization in the Telecommunications industry is seeking for potential individuals to join them as a Product Marketing Manager. The job-holder is required to perform Product Marketing functions for a range of Products under the Business Products Group.
Responsibilities:
Product Marketing
• Responsible for the creation and development of collaterals, including presentation slides, case studies, whitepapers etc.
• Shape market perception of the products through traditional, online and corporate mediums, including eDMs, SEM, SEO, customer e-newsletters etc.
• Drive internal awareness and ensure Sales Team is equipped with the full knowledge necessary to sell. Involved in Intranet updates, Product briefings, ad-hoc trainings, focus groups etc.
Market development
• Develop clear understanding of the market and technology trends.
• Identify market needs and corresponding product enhancements that need to be developed.
• Analyze and understand existing customer base and targeted market segments.
• Develop segment strategy with the Segment Marketing Team.
Pricing
• Review and revise the Product Pricing to arm the Sales Team with the best market prices when negotiating with customers.
• Support the Wholesales sale segment pricing escalation.
• Develop and implement promotions to support product strategy and revenue.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Director / Deputy Director.
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering or Business Administration or Marketing.
• At least 5 years of Marketing experience. Product Marketing exposure in Telecommunications or IT industries are advantageous.
• Keen sense of technology developments, market trends and needs of the data communications and IT market.
• Bilingual in both English and Mandarin.
• Good in number crunching; comfortable with financial analysis.
