TERMS: 1 year contract, renewable
AGE: 25 – 45 years
REPORTS TO: Finance Manager
DUTIES:
• Receives revenues and issues receipts for all payments
• Prepares books of accounts and updates the cash books
• Banks revenue and carries out bank reconciliations
• Produces financial reports and statements and forwards them to relevant authorities.
• Prepares payment vouchers
• Maintains Petty Cash book
• Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS AND WORKING EXPERIENCE
A Ugandan National holding a diploma in Accounts or Uganda Diploma in Business Studies or their equivalent
• Must have computer and accounting skills at least Part II of Professional Accounting courses like ACCA, CPA or its equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience with a busy and reputable organization
