Title: Site Program Manager
Location: Hoima (1 post)
JOB PURPOSE:
To oversee operational management of the field site, including security management as well as for overseeing programming from implementation through evaluation and donor reporting for all sectors in Hoima.
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
• Oversees and supervises staff at LHH office
• Ensures performance assessments for staff are conducted on time
• Identifies staff training needs & leads staff development at the site
• Ensures all site-based staff are aware of relevant HAU HR & Administrative policies;
• Ensures that administrative matters of the office are carried out in a timely fashion
• Ensures smooth logistical support to LHH office
KEY RESULT AREAS
■ Appropriate staffing levels.
• HAU up to date HR polices in tandem with national laws
• Clear performance standards and regular review
■ HAU staff development plan designed & implemented
• Timely Proposals & donor reports written.
■ Good collaboration and network with networking organizations
Requirement:
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Post graduate degree in Administration, Development Studies, Public health or relevant technical qualification in health, or experience preferred
Experience: 7 Years Documented Experience in a senior Management Position Preferably in NGO setting.
