This is a UK divisional role reporting into a local MD and dotted line into Group Finance.
Duties include:
• Preparation of monthly accounts/reporting of quarterly and annual accounts
• Reviewing trends in the accounts and addressing any possible improvements
• Owning the budget process, working with senior management team
• Forecasting
• Working closely with sales and marketing, providing costings/pricing for any commercial bids
• Managing and developing a small finance team
• Liaising with external auditors
• Dealing with company insurance provisions
The successful candidate must be qualified and have experience of working within manufacturing or engineering sector.
