Report to: The Board of Directors.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end processes for the Company;
• Spearhead the monitoring the Company’s concessioned assets;
• Monitor the concession in accordance with the Lease and Concession Agreement
• Initiate, develop, coordinate and make reports on other projects as approved by the Board;
• Prepare and manage NHIL’s budgets and forecasts;
• Coordinate the preparation of the company’s financial statements and management reports
• Execute the strategies, policies and plans of the Company;
• Ensure timely compliance to statutory and company requirements
• Maintain proper internal control and monitoring systems / procedures.
• Lead the staff and ensure high productivity.
Requirement:
Qualifications and Experience:
• A good degree in business management or related discipline.
• Masters degree or other professional related course is an added advantage.
• A minimum of 5 years experience in corporate/business management, planning and financial oversight.
• High integrity and attention to details;
Knowledge and Personal Competencies:
• Understanding of statutory and company requirements;
• Understanding of concession monitoring
• Ability to analyze data and make tactical and strategic recommendations based on the analysis;
• Strong management capability;
• Ability to manage tight deadlines;
• Excellent presentation and communication skills including written and oral.
