•          The candidate should hold a
good bachelor’s degree/Diploma from recognised institutions in the following
areas; Commerce, Social Sciences, Business Administration and Education.
•          At least a year’s experience in
the microfinance sector, good judgment and decision-making ability – as well as
a team player
•          Possess the ability to detect
and solve institutional risks.
