corporate and retail banking services to customers.

Job Summary: The Credit
Administration Manager will be responsible for monitoring & controlling the
Bank’s good book and ensuring compliance with facility sanction conditions,
Credit policy and regulatory requirements.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Make sure that the loan approval conditions are
    complied with before disbursement.
  • Keenly track and monitor performance of the
    bank’s good loan book to ensure maintenance of a quality Credit portfolio.
  • Manage the loan disbursement and ensure collection
    of negotiation fee/commission and correct data set up.
  • Manage generation and submission of Credit
    reports for administrative, financial and regulatory reporting.
  • In charge of Securities Management.
  • Ensure timely reconciliation of suspense accounts
    in view of minimizing credit risk.
  • Ensure loan approval conditions are stated in
    customer offer letters and bank’s interest covered.
  • Covenant tracking.
  • Assist the Head of Credit in executing other
    duties that will be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The applicant for the aforementioned Banking
    career opportunity should possess a good Bachelor’s Degree in a Business
    related field.
  • A minimum of four or more years’ experience in a
    bank with three years’ experience in Credit.
  • Excellent computer skills, Office Suite
  • The candidate must clearly demonstrate experience
    and/or ability to have led a team
  • Excellent financial and business analytical
    skills
  • Excellent documentation and process management
    skills
  • Good working knowledge of the Financial
    institutions Act, Mortgage Act, Company’s Act and Consumer Protection
    Guidelines
  • Possession of Credit Certification is an added
    advantage
